Attensus (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) provides a cloud-based software platform for supply chain risk management, specifically designed to identify and analyze single-source dependencies across your supply network.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Plans and Pricing: We offer multiple subscription tiers based on the number of nodes you manage. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to 15 nodes. No credit card is required to start your trial. Your trial will automatically expire unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Late Payment: If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 30 days may be terminated.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service, including your nodes, suppliers, coverage relationships, and related information (“Customer Data”). We do not claim any ownership over your Customer Data.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and improving the Service. We will not sell your Customer Data to third parties.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time through the Service interface or by contacting our support team.
Data Deletion: Upon termination of your account, we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Support is provided via email to all paying customers. Response times vary based on your subscription tier.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTENSUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to us.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attensus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
