Every node is automatically assigned one of four coverage statuses based on transparent, rule-based logic. No opaque algorithms — just clear facts about your supply position.
Fully Covered
Has both primary and backup suppliers — lowest risk exposure.
Rule:
Primary supplier(s) + backup supplier(s)
Single Source
Only one primary supplier assigned — high disruption risk if that supplier fails.
Rule:
Primary supplier only (high risk)
Backup Only
Has backup suppliers but no confirmed primary — operationally incomplete.
Rule:
Backup supplier(s) only (needs primary)
Uncovered
No suppliers assigned — a critical gap that must be resolved immediately.
Rule:
No suppliers assigned (critical gap)
